Complimentary agency review · No account access required
Send me a client website. I'll take a look at the tracking.
I'll review the public-facing implementation for common GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising conversion, attribution, and consent issues.
No account access is needed for the initial review. If I find something, I'll explain what appears to be happening and what should be investigated next. If the setup looks clean from the outside, I'll tell you that too.
External tracking review
What I can check without logging in.
This is an external technical review, not a full account audit. I can identify many common implementation problems by reviewing the tags, requests, consent behavior, and browser activity visible on the website.
Analytics
Whether GA4 is loading correctly, duplicate configuration tags, duplicate page views, event activity visible during the review, and obvious parameter issues.
Google Tag Manager
Container presence, visible tag behavior, data layer structure, duplicate deployments, and common sequencing problems.
Google Ads
Conversion linker behavior, visible conversion requests, duplicate browser events, and common implementation issues.
Meta
Pixel installation, browser event activity, duplicate events, missing parameters, and visible signs of browser and server event duplication.
Consent behavior
Consent Mode v2 signals, consent updates after user interaction, tag behavior before and after consent, regional implementation issues, and Global Privacy Control behavior where applicable.
Attribution
UTM parameters, Google click IDs, cross-domain behavior, redirects, subdomains, and other visible points where campaign attribution may be lost.
Ecommerce and lead tracking
Visible purchase, lead, form, booking, or funnel events that can be tested without accessing a customer account or completing a real transaction.
Performance
Duplicate marketing scripts, unnecessary tag loading, and obvious tracking scripts that may affect page performance.
Request a review
Send one client website.
Send one client website and a short description of the issue, concern, or opportunity you are evaluating.
The review is confidential. I will not contact the client or website owner.

What you receive
A clear findings summary
I'll document any visible issues, why they matter, and what should be checked or fixed next. The findings are written so your account, development, and marketing teams can understand them.
Something your agency can use
The summary can be delivered without Atem Analytics branding, so you can use it internally or incorporate the findings into your client conversation.
A path forward
You can handle the recommendations internally, send them to your developer, or ask me to scope the implementation. If the issue requires account access or deeper investigation, I'll explain what a full tracking audit would include.
When to use it
A useful second set of eyes before the work gets bigger.
The complimentary review works well at the point where a small check saves a larger problem later.
- 01You are preparing for a new business conversation.
- 02Your agency has inherited an analytics setup it did not build.
- 03A client says the numbers do not match.
- 04Paid media performance changed after a website or consent update.
- 05Your developer completed the implementation, but nobody has validated it.
- 06You need to determine whether a full audit is justified.
Frequently asked questions
Before you send a website.
Do I need access to the client's accounts?
No. The complimentary review only covers what can be evaluated through the public website and browser activity. A full audit may require access to GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta, the consent platform, ecommerce platform, CRM, or other systems.
Do I need the client's permission?
The review evaluates information and tracking behavior already delivered to a normal website visitor's browser. Nothing is changed, submitted, or accessed behind a login. Your agency is responsible for deciding whether the review fits its agreement and relationship with the client.
What is not included?
The external review cannot fully validate account settings, attribution models, conversion action configuration, data retention, reporting accuracy, CRM integration, offline conversions, or every server-side request. Those items require a full audit with account access.
Why is the review complimentary?
It gives your agency a practical way to evaluate how I work before bringing me into a larger client engagement. There is no obligation to move forward.
Can I submit several client websites?
The complimentary review is intended for one initial website. If you need multiple client environments reviewed, I can scope a portfolio review or provide ongoing support through a block of hours.
Will you contact my client?
No. The review stays between Atem Analytics and your agency. If you later want me involved in a client meeting, I can participate as an extension of your team.
Will I receive an automated report?
No. The website is reviewed by an experienced analytics consultant. Automated tools may support the process, but the findings and recommendations are reviewed and written by me.

Have a client setup that does not look right?
Send the website and tell me what your team is seeing. I'll review what is visible from the outside and give you an honest assessment of whether there is a clear issue, a potential concern, or a need for a deeper audit.
