Final pricing depends on the number of websites, platforms, regions, conversions, integrations, and specialists required. Final pricing may be affected by:

Prepaid support blocks

Specialist measurement support across your client roster.

Support blocks give agencies access to Atem Analytics for technical work that does not require a separate fixed-scope project. Hours can be used across approved client accounts and workstreams rather than being restricted to one website.

Common uses: GTM updates and troubleshooting, GA4 event configuration, Google Ads and Meta conversion issues, tag and data layer QA, consent troubleshooting, Looker Studio updates, campaign launch validation, website migration support, technical discovery and scoping, developer guidance, client meetings, and monthly measurement checks.

Block Best for Rate
5-hour block A defined issue, smaller account, or initial engagement $150/hr · $750
10-hour block Several active accounts or ongoing troubleshooting and implementation $135/hr · $1,350
20-hour block Recurring technical work across a broader client roster $120/hr · $2,400
Agency partner support Recurring monthly work, multiple accounts, consistent specialist need From $110/hr

Agency partner minimum commitment is defined during scoping, based on expected volume, specialist requirements, response expectations, and meeting support.

Block terms

Flexible access without an open-ended invoice.

01

Prepaid

Blocks are purchased before work begins.

02

Shared across approved accounts

Hours may be used across the agency's approved client roster and internal measurement work.

03

Tracked and reported

Time usage is documented by account, task, and date so the agency can see where the block is being used.

04

Scoped before large tasks

When a request is likely to consume a significant portion of the block, I provide an estimate before beginning.

05

Additional specialists

Some requests may require a specialist outside the standard support block. That work is identified and priced before it begins.

06

Expiration

Blocks remain available for the period stated in the agreement. A shorter validity period may apply to blocks tied to reserved capacity, response commitments, or recurring support.

Choosing the right model

Use fixed pricing when the outcome is clear.

Choose a fixed project when

  • 01The scope and deliverables can be defined upfront.
  • 02The work involves a full audit, consent implementation, server-side build, attribution project, or substantial remediation.
  • 03Several specialists or technical dependencies may be required.
  • 04The agency needs a clear number for its own client proposal.

Choose a support block when

  • 01The work involves several smaller requests.
  • 02The exact volume is difficult to predict.
  • 03The agency needs help across multiple client accounts.
  • 04Ongoing troubleshooting, QA, reporting, or technical guidance is required.

Frequently asked questions

What agencies ask about pricing.

Why publish starting prices?

Agencies often need an initial investment range before they can evaluate an opportunity or prepare a client proposal. Published starting prices make that planning easier while leaving room to scope the actual environment properly.

Can our agency include Atem Analytics within a larger client engagement?

Yes. Your agency controls its client pricing, proposal structure, and commercial relationship. Atem Analytics provides the agreed technical scope and price to your agency.

Are the listed prices final?

They are starting prices for a typical single-property engagement. Final pricing is confirmed after the platforms, scope, access, dependencies, and required specialists have been reviewed.

What happens if the scope changes?

I document the change and provide the additional cost and timeline before expanding the work. Nothing outside the agreed scope is completed without approval.

Do you work hourly on defined projects?

Most audits and implementations are fixed price because the outcome can be scoped. Support blocks are used for ongoing work, smaller requests, troubleshooting, and tasks where the exact volume cannot be known in advance.

Can smaller agencies work with Atem Analytics?

Yes. A complimentary tracking review, defined project, or five-hour support block provides a practical starting point without requiring a large ongoing commitment.

Do support blocks include meetings?

Yes, when meetings are related to the approved work. Discovery, technical reviews, internal agency calls, and approved client meetings draw from the block.

Do support blocks include every specialist?

Not automatically. The standard block covers the capabilities included in the agreement. Work requiring additional development, infrastructure, CRM, legal, creative, or other specialist resources is scoped separately.

Who owns the client relationship?

The agency does. Atem Analytics can work behind the scenes or as an embedded specialist under the agency's direction.

Who receives the invoice?

For white-label work, Atem Analytics normally invoices the agency. Alternative arrangements can be discussed when the engagement structure requires them.

Have a client project you need to price?

Send the website, platforms involved, and a short explanation of what needs to be reviewed or implemented. I'll determine whether the work fits a complimentary external review, defined project, support block, or ongoing agency partnership.
